The core of any Global Interdiction Group operation are it’s assaulters. Providing the massed force that is needed to overcome the opposition and take ground, the assaulters use their personal weapons and equipment to seize key areas rapidly and effectively before advancing on to the next objective. Thanks to their individual skill and training, a force of Global Interdiction Group commandos are able to overwhelm the opposition and fulfill their contracted goals.The Assault Team is comprised of six highly trained Black Sector operators. All of them are equipped with a suppressed HK 416 Assault Rifle, each customised to the operator’s personal preferences with different attachments without minimising capabilities. All six figures are sculpted with the latest in modern day clothing and equipment, all their equipment such as gloves, glow lights, grenades, magazines and sidearms decorating their kit. All figures have a tactical display attached to their vest, helping to keep them in the loop as the battle space evolves.This release includes six unique figures. There are obstacles that require more specialised tools than the regular Global Interdiction Group operators can provide. To handle these situations, specialists move forward, bringing unique tools to the engagement.Breachers with shotguns and specialised tools are able to demolish attempts to keep them out, while bursts from their SMGs put down targets at close range. Over longer distances, marksmen keep the Assaulters covered, eliminating specific enemy combatants before they prove an obstacle to their teammates.The Breacher Team is comprised of six highly trained Black Sector operators with various special gear designed to assist in enabling the operation’s forward movement. Four figures are armed with the MP7A2 SMG, with their attachments varied depending on the operator’s taste. Leading a Global Interdiction Group operation requires a special set of high trained operators, able to effortlessly utilise the various combat arms that Black Sector can bring to the fore (contract operators, local forces and long range fire support platforms). It also requires key specialists, whose skillset allow them to assist the rest of the assaulting force, including those that enter battle on four legs.To make sure the contracted job is done, Global Interdiction Group operations are often accompanied by highly trained representatives of their contracting organisations. These representatives move in their own network of highly trained former soldiers. Catherine Jensen, formerly of the Norwegian Special Forces, is commonly seen alongside Black Sector forces, a testament to their high level of effectiveness.The Command Team is comprised of four highly trained Black Sector operators. Black Sector’s armoury contains a variety of weapons systems to assist the Global Interdiction Group operators with achieving their objectives. Light machine guns provide close range suppressive firepower, preventing the opposition from manevouring and setting themselves up for elimination by the Assaulters. 40mm Grenade Launchers, carried off their primary weapon, gives the advancing teams the ability to deploy specialised munitions at close range, masking enemy positions with smoke before deploying high explosive rounds to remove the entrenched enemy. Black Sector usually eliminates enemy vehicles using airborne support platforms, but disposable anti-tank launchers can provide a much immediate counter-action to enemy vics. The Support Team is comprised of six highly trained Black Sector operators with various special gear designed to assist in enabling the operation’s forward movement. Two figures are armed with the MK46 Light Machine Gun. The other four carry customised HK 416 assaults rifles as well as more destructive systems - two are armed with the M320 grenade launcher while the other two carry modernised M72 disposable anti-tank launcher. All three systems have two different poses, letting your operators be assembled for close combat or rapid mobility. 'OFFICIAL CHARACTER TEAM'Last night, elements of the Black Sector Global Interdiction Group (under contract to an unknown 3rd party) raided a dacha in Sochi (part of the recently formed Krasnodar Republic) belonging to Victor Khorkov. Khorkov, a former FSB agent and arms dealer operating in Eastern Europe and Russian Republics, was captured during the raid. We have, thanks to a personal tracking chip in Mr Korkov’s jaw, managed to locate his current site of captivity. It’s a known black site close to the Georgian city of Porti, initially setup by the CIA in the early 2000s before being transitioned to private ownership in 2023.Blockade Team Burya-156 is to deploy from their current base of operations (a bulk cargo ship in the Black Sea) during it’s entry to the port of Porti. Using an undersea delivery vehicle, they will enter the River Rioni before finding a suitable landing site. After hiding their delivery system and preparing equipment for combat, the team will then proceed to the Black Site. Through the use of portable jammers and breaching equipment, the team will enter the facility, find the cell containing Khorokov and ascertain how much information the captive has revealed about our operations. The team will then attempt to remove Khorokov from play, ideally bringing him with them back to the delivery vehicle and then return to the base of operations as it leaves Porti.In the event of the team being discovered, Burya-156 will attempt to break contact and utilise local vehicles to leave the combat area. Alternative collection will be provided from the port of Batumi, Georgia within 24 hours via the Federale San Christo (current base of operation of Perun-142).Burya-156 is a Character Team comprised of four highly trained Blockade operators taking part in Operation Tenebris Aquis in Georgia, depreciated after having swum ashore. Three of the figures are armed with the AMB-17 suppressed rifle, while the fourth carries a suppressed AK-12 for some longer range support. Dressed in wetsuits with tactical gear layered over the top, the team is well equipped with plenty of additional magazines, radio equipment, sidearms and combat knives. Additionally, all four operators (Valentina, Igor, Ilya and Sascha) are characters in the Gunslinger universe and each have have custom head sculpts as well as specialised gear for their role.This release includes four unique figures.
